We Will Not Be Held Responsible for Any Damaged or Lost Items during the Tour or weather related delays.
We have a charge of 20% for refunds on all ticket orders. The credit card company does not absorb the processing fees associated with the refunds or cancellations.
We need approximately 48 hours notice for a ticket cancellation or you may request a credit for the next available tour.
Cancellations occur in case of severe weather; Heavy snow or unforeseen emergencies.
Large Group Cancellations, the following fees will apply:
Cancellation 21 days prior to the tour date: 30% of the total amount of your tour.
Cancellation 15 days prior to the tour date: 40% of the total amount of your tour.
Cancellation 8 days prior to the tour date: 50% of the total amount of your tour.
Cancellation less than 8 days prior to the tour date: 60% of the total amount of your tour.
