Testimonial from Germany:

"If you like to take a New York trip off the beaten track, I strongly recommend Alexandra's Bronx Historical Tour. It was great to see the love and passion with which she explains the rise, fall and comeback of her borough. On a cold February afternoon, we spend almost 4 hours walking through the neighborhood, beginning with 125th Street in Harlem and then taking the bridge to the South Bronx. It was tremendously intriguing to see what has changed for the better after the rough times in the 70s and 80s. Especially for me as a German, it was fascinating to see some of the footprints that my ancestors left when they came to the Bronx over a century ago. Alexandra explained very precisely what has changed since then, not concealing the problems of today's life. But
she's never hiding her pride for the achievements to make the Bronx are more livable neighborhood, she's really a proud Bronxite! So do come and find out about the Bronx, and your own prejudices will be shattered after the tour, I promise.
